Coarse salt

Food salt – it is two minerals (natrium and chlorine)crystal form.

Salt is very higroscopical, it absorbed moisture and flavour from atmosphere that is why it needs to keep dry and in hermetic tara. Small salt weight keeps in wood, ceramic or glass salt dish.

Salt is :

• Conserved substance;
• Melting protein reagent.
