Dextrose is sugar form, witch easily and quickly assimilated organism. It is known as glucose and is the main component of starch. Dextrose called grape sugar. It is made dissociating wheat, potatoes and maize acid and/or ferment hydrolysis. Dextrose proportion sweetness 0,6-0,7 (saccharose – 1,0), energy value 17 kJ/g (saccharose – too 17 kJ/g). It is insoluble in the water powder.
