Description    

Almoust in all bay parts is volatile oil, most of them concentrate in youngs fool grown leaves. Pulverized and puted into dish bay leaves gets them relish taste and aromate. Especially aromate and flavour are a bit dry bay leaves, so is why it needs to put them into dish very carefully and abstemiously. Most of them sell full dry bay leaves, but there are grind and rub or mixed wuth other spices. Granulated leaves quicker lose an aromate.

Bay leaf is picked from bay tree, whitch grows until 15 metres height in the Med. For  spice used qualitaty dark green hard leaves. Fresh bay leaves taste is a bit bitter, but dry leaves become flavourful and a bit sweet. Leaves dries in the dark – it is very important, that would formate the right taste and flavour.

Bay leaves used in all the world in alimentary industry and in medicine. Bay oil is used in parfum industry to aromate a coap.
