Haricot bean – beans family Faboideae subfamily plants gentle. Bean is grassy, shrubby or rambling, usually annual plant. Leaves are trefoils, growth – 8-18 cm length pulse, where grows different size, form and colour seeds. Haricot bean cuold be separated into two food groups: fresh and dry. For food is used fresh snap-beans and dried are hulled beans. Beans have a little fats and rich of alimentary substances. Beans depends for pulse plants, because there are a lot of proteins (22-25%), starch and other carbohydrates (53-56%). Pulse plants from vegetables are most valuable for protein amount.
