Tomato sauce – this is red sauce, makeing from tomato pasta. The sauce is more natural, more tomato pasta is in it. A lot of makers sauce mixed with apple pulp, because it is cheaper. Additional fixing: suggar, fructose syrup, salt, spices, lemon and acetic acid. The differs from tomato sauce and ketchup are in the first product considerably lower fixings, there is no starch and more tomatoes. Used in gastronomy, for making different dished, sauces and also used alone.
