Fat-free milk flour is got separating milk and having fat-free milk and cream, from which latter can make sour cream or butter. Making fat-free milk flour, liquid milk is evaporated, separated and dried. In fat-free flour lactose, proteins and minerals are the same amount as in fresh milk. This product is white or light cream colour. It is widely used in alimentary and fodder industry.
