Description    
Glucose syrup – concentrated cleansed food saccharids, geted from starch, water liquid. Glucose syrup is made from maize. Carbohydrate concentration in such liquid are from 40% till 80%. Syrup is viscous for the abundant hydrogen links between melt sugar molecules, having a lot of –OH groups and water molecules. Glucose syrup is used for caramel production. It is also can be used to make chocolate as sweetener.
