Description    
Yeast – small single – celled organism, whitch in moisture and warm environment quickly increase. Bakery yeast are used for different kinds of paste. Yeast dissociate the suggar into alcohol and dioxide. From dioxide paste uprise. For bread baking yeast are used already 4000 jears, when they were accidentally discovered. Yeast are sold pressed (fresh yeast a bit dry and then are formed bricks) and dry (granulated). Yeast also are put making beer, kvass or wine.

 

Dry yeast uprise quicker than fresh. They become acting when are mixed in paste, it doesn‘t need to uprise separately.
