Description    
Peanuts – leguminous family plant. They grows in a ground, 5-10 cm depth. Groundnuts is eated crude and baked, with salt or with suggar glaze, from them is maked sauces, halva and other products. Depends from the processing method peanuts are blanch and with peels, also nuts are whole and split (crumbly).

There are not little amount fats in peanuts - about 50%, but less than in others nuts. Polyunsaturate acids – omega-6 and omega-3 are in nut fats. We must get them from the food, because they are not synthesized in our organism. Proteins are precious few in these nuts. New research  is finded, that peanuts have phytochemical substance – resveratrol (it is also finded in grape peels and grape products), whitch lows hard diseases risk.
