Description    

Margarine first time was made in 1869 in France. It is hard fats, taste and other characteristics looks like a butter. Margarine is made from hidroxile oil (for  example sunflower, soy, cotton), in whitch is putted animal fats, salt, cuggar, aromated components, sometimes butter (in creamy margarine), vitamins (β carotene, A, C, E), coffe or cacao powder (in chocolate margarine). Oil, witch is in margarine, contains polyunsatyrated acids. Proportion of oil and fats is different of all kinds margarine.
