Jam with natural fruits – sweet filling from fruits, suggar and water, boiled till such concentration, that cold syrup stagnate. It is prepared from not crush fruits, whitch gradually spreaded in product. Jam is valuable product, contains lots of natural pectin. Pectins lows harmful microflore activity in intestine, connects toxic metals (plumbum, cobalt, strontium and others): comprise insoluble compounds, which are move out from the organism. Dry substances - not less 60%.
