Description    
Palm oil – palm fat, maked from rafine hidgogenate palm stearine, pressing guinea olivepalm fruit. It‘s country is west Africa coast. Absolute palm oil colour is intensive orange and yellow, it‘s taste a bit sweet and flavour. Tropic climate conditions this product is liquid, colding it‘s become hard and looks like a margarine. It is the only hard consistence oil, the compozition looks like adipose and become hard in low either 30 oC temperature.This oil contains a lot of carotenes (provitamin A). The main chemival component is palmitine acid. Palm oil – the most aplenty natural vitamin E cource. Oil is ritch biological active substance (tocotrienols), without sinthetics antiocsidants, conservants and other food components, without cholesterol. Palm oil is the most high temperatureproof oil from all known oils.
