Pineapple – this is perennial 1-1,5 metres high plant. Leaves xiphoid, sharp brims 30-100 cm lenght. Fruit is integrate, maked from truss flowers. There are little and big pineapples. They eat green and dry. Pineapple is drying cuted in cubes or in slices, in temperature mode. There are lots of kalium, phosphorus, calcium, natrium and vitamins A, C, B1. Pineapple helps to digest a lot of proteins having dish.
